Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has released a notification for the recruitment of 106 Forest Rangers and Assistant Forest Guards. Interested candidates may check the vacancy details and apply online from 18-12-2017 to 08-01-2018.

• Post Name: Assistant Forest Guard
• No. of Vacancies: 06
• Pay Scale: Rs. 15,600-39,100
• Grade Pay: Rs. 5400

• Post Name: Forest Ranger
• No. of Vacancies: 100
• Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34,800
• Grade Pay: Rs. 3600

Job Location: Madhya Pradesh
Age Limit (as on 01-01-2018): Minimum 21 years and Maximum 28 years

Age Relaxation (For MP Domicile Only):

Selection Process: Selection of candidates will be made on the basis of Preliminary Examination, Main Examination, Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Personal Interview.

Eligibility Criteria for MPPSC Forest Rangers and Assistant Forest Guards:

Educational Qualification:

For Assistant Forest Guard: Candidates should have passed Graduation Degree in Science/Engineering OR B.Tech. from a recognised university with 2-year Diploma certificate in Forest Training from a recognised Forestry College in India.

For Forest Ranger: Candidates should have passed Graduation Degree in Science/Engineering/Agriculture/Forestry from a recognised university.

Application Fee: General/Other Domicile candidates have to pay Rs. 500 and SC/ST/OBC candidates (MP Domicile) have to pay Rs. 250 through online mode using Kiosk/Net-banking/Credit or Debit Card.
